House of Vogue ApS is the data controller for the personal data collected on https://houseofzaina.com. Questions: info@houseofzaina.com.
What we collect and why
- Orders: name, address, e-mail, phone and what you bought, to deliver your order, send order e-mails and meet bookkeeping law (kept 5 years after the financial year, as Danish law requires).
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive only a payment reference, never your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Account: e-mail and password hash, if you create one, until you delete it.
- Country and currency: your IP address is matched to a country (database by DB-IP) so prices are shown in your currency. The IP address itself is not stored.
- Server logs: IP address and the pages requested, kept for security for up to 30 days.
Cookies
We use only cookies needed to run the shop: your session and bag, your language and country choice, and a security token. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Who receives your data
Stripe (payment), the courier delivering your parcel, our e-mail and hosting providers in the EU, and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to receive it in a portable form, or to object to its processing, by writing to info@houseofzaina.com. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
